We offer a 7-day returns guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it, unopened, in its original condition, within 7 days of the date you received it and receive a refund of the product or goods purchased.
Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty, then we will refund you for the cost of return or arrange suitable collection of the goods. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit unless we have organised for the return.
